Casa Buena Onda (good vibes!) was built in 2022 by a team of fine artisans in San Juanico, Baja California Sur, Mexico. The property is completely closed, it is only a few hundred meters walk from the viewpoint to the first point. The highlights include a maximum view of the sea from the second point, you can see when the waves are, and you will have a beautiful 180 degree view of the fantastic Baja desert. The house sleeps 6 people, the ground floor has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a contemporary kitchen, dining table for 6 and built-in sofas that also serve as single beds for additional guests. Guests can access the second floor rear deck, but the owner’s study upstairs is not included in the rental. Guests will enjoy the many modern conveniences the home has to offer. Full time solar power keeps everything running. Starlink Internet has speeds fast enough for streaming and Zoom. The family room has a 55 inch TV for streaming and movies. The front area features a sunken BBQ area and bar seating up to 8, as well as a built-in corner sitting area. The large outdoor area has a crushed shell and includes a large rear area for children to play. Guests will also have access to an outdoor hot shower and bathroom attached to the garage (toilet, sink and indoor hot shower). Each entryway has a footwash to keep sand out of the house. Restaurants and shops are within a short to moderate walk, and access to First Point is only a few hundred yards away.

The master bedroom includes a queen size bed. The guest bedroom has a full bed. The family room area can sleep 2 on twin size mattresses. 3 bathrooms. Full Kitchen, Refrigerator, Stove, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Outdoor Hot Water Shower, Area to hang wetsuits, towels, and clothing. Crushed shell driveway for bocci ball and other games. Covered parking for 2 vehicles.

Your pets are welcome, but they must be approved by the owner at the time of booking.
